Wish I saw this much earlier. Bitmin has replied over PM but has yet to deliver the agreed-upon item after payment was submitted yesterday. I am giving it until end of today (life happens sometimes) but then will go your route and file the scam claim and a paypal claim. |

File the paypal claim now It's proven that if you file a claim to early PayPal will think you are the scammer. Rather wait a couple days, then file one. |
