I will provide you the username & password of the domain control panel and also the credentials of email account on which the domain cpanel is made, so that i will not be able to change/recover the password. You can also change the recovery details of the email so that you have full control over it. I will also provide the hosting credentials on which the website is hosted.

Agreed.  The only way this would work is if the lender (or collateral holder) took control of the 50 domains... which is a lot of work.

Mhmm, I'm also pretty sure that there's a 2 month cooling period before you can transfer domains again.

I understand your concern. The issues which you raised is absolutely legit. To overcome this, i can transfer all the websites to the lender, Domains & hosting as well to the lender's server.

As per your concern that it would take 5 months for a lender to earn his money in case of default, it is not so. The lender can easily sell these website and can earn his money back with profit.

Though i will transfer all blogs to the lender, so the lender has full right to place his own adsense code to earn the money from ads.

Yes, you are right. But this period is when the domain transfer takes place, from one registrar to another. In my case, i will FREE PUSH all the domains to the lender's account. All the domains are been registered with BigRock, so i will push all my domains from my Bigrock account to lender's bigrock account. After the repayment of the loan, the lender can again PUSH the domains to my account. There will be no cooling period required in this.

Dude, transfering your domains, websites and affiliate accounts for a 5BTC loan is more like a sale. Getting those domains back will be no easy task. The new owner may do a horrible job of managing the sites and you'll end up with 50 dead websites. You're better off just selling the sites and moving on. Forget using them as collateral.
