Because, that Dev guy is a inefficient looser, who wanted to make easy money without putting any effort.I don't think his efforts were involved in limiting hash rate, but it has been done by pool owners.He just clone a crap coin and sold us.And by doing that he didn't have sense that he is  closing all doors on future limited hash coins.

There was an IPO so if the dev did just up and leave that's all in his pockets. I didn't see a trusted 3rd party escrow, unless I missed something. Considering the dev seems to have disappeared and the coin isn't listed on any exchanges that I'm aware of (it was just removed from c-cex this week), I don't really know what you'll do with any coins you have... If you wanna buy an approximate metric fuckstash from me at rock bottom prices, hit me with a PM - I wound up with way too much of this particular shitcoin by mining early.
