Hi there,
I am a Senior Financial Executive having had roles in the Financial, Media, Technology and Rea Estate Sectors. I am a new new member to the site and bitcoin in general. My goal in joining is to learn about this currency and how it works. I have never received a bitcoin loan in the past and am looking to make my first loan. It can be a small amount to get started. I look forward to receiving any interest from experienced lenders.

as someone with background in finances, you should first be aware tat bitcoin loans and fiat loans are very different as the BTC community is a very skeptical bunch and as this being your first post will probably get some flames up under you, I would suggest on maybe reading through the forum a little bit more before coming in asking for a loan....

first thing no one will loan a newbie user without a solid Collateral
and second you reason for loan request is also strange "looking for a loan to build trust"

A better way to build trust would to be the loaner not the one accepting the loan... trust in bitcoin community is a hard thing to establish and can not be done out of thin air ... most scams in this community start by someone wanting to "build trust" that way they can set up their super scam later...

As a finance professional you will understand why collateral is so important. I would expect to hold twice the loan principal in collateral if I were the lender. Remember, bitcoin is money and nothing more. You would not look for a loan in Euros as a way into European markets, right?
A better way to get experience with bitcoin is to buy it on an exchange and spend it online. It is utility that backs bitcoin. When you see how it works as the safest, cheapest, and fastest payment network then you will better understand what everyone is talking about.

A "Senior Financial Executive" needing a loan. LOL why would he need to gain trust with a 0.01 loan to be able to get a 1BTC loan at 5%/week when he could get hundreds time this loan at his local branch First post=BEWARE!

When the subject of buying BTC with Paypal comes up, I often remember this:
