Hello! i got a Trezor for some months ago, i just noticed it changes my address all the time for some reason, so when i made a withdrawal from BTCjam it didn't come to my wallet and i can't track them down….. lucky it was only worth 10 Dollars.

is it normal for the Trezor to change address ?

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

It came to your wallet.

Trezor changes the address it SHOWS, but it stores ALL your old addresses and HIDES them, so that you will not be tempted to reuse them.

Refresh your wallet, and you should see the bitcoins in your balance.

If you don't, then there is a different problem (like someone hacked your BTCJam account or something)

i found the problem Smiley for some reason the confirmations needed for the BTC to come was VERY very slow.

Thank you Smiley
