Hi guys

My name is Kasper from ExhangeMyCoins.com

I’m very excited to show you our new crypto coin service.

For more than a year we have been working on this service to provide a fast, secure and anonymous way to do exchanges between the most popular crypto coins without annoying sign ups and messy interfaces.

What do you guys think? We have been working hard to make the service as user-friendly as possible.

ExchangeMyCoins.com in short terms:
•   The most user-friendly crypto coin exchange service.
•   Does not require any registration or user profile.
•   Exchanges are made in total anonymity.
•   Easily exchange Bitcoins, Namecoins, Dogecoins, Litecoins and Peercoins and many more in the future.
•   Makes it possible to pay with other coins on websites with Bitcoin as the only payment option.
•   Exchanges are made instantly after the transaction is confirmed.
•   An open company profile so you know who we are, without telling who you are.

Feel free to explore more on www.exchangemycoins.com and make a comment. All optimization ideas are very welcome Smiley

Regards
Kasper

I've send my Bitcoins that I've earned using your Exchange but it says
 "The exchange is too small
We have received your coins but the amount is too small to exchange. The miner fees required to transfer the exchanged coins to your wallet exceeds the amount you have sent us, which makes it impossible to exchange the coins."

How can I get my Bitcoins back?

How can I in the future trade safely my Bitcoins?

Hi ZenJB

To protect our users from making small and expensive exchanges we have created a system that prevents making very small exchanges. The miner fees for a Bitcoin transaction is usually between 0.0001 and 0.0002 bitcoins. If a user tries to exchange i.e. dogecoins into bitcoins and send us a very small amount of dogecoins it will become a very expensive exchange, because the miner fees will eat up most of the exchange amount. If a user sends us a small amount of dogecoins the system prevents the exchange from being processed to protect the user. The user is notified by email, as well as on the site, and is instructed to send us their dogecoin wallet address so we can refund the full amount of coins. This is done free of charge and we will pay all transaction fees.

In your situation, I will kindly ask you to send the deposit address as well as your Bitcoin wallet address to our support at support@exchangemycoins.com and we will refund your Bitcoins to you, free of charge.

Best regards

I just tried your service.

Sent my BTC, waiting for funds on PayPal.

How long does it takes usualy?

It says "within 24 hours", but I was wondering why and/or does it happens to process it faster, as funds are already sent and confirmed?

What amount in bitcoin constitutes too little? It would be nice if the lower limit were on your website.

Hi, we have made a video that shows how you can see if the amount is too small: https://www.exchangemycoins.com/faq#faq-12

Please also see this FAQ for more information: https://www.exchangemycoins.com/faq#faq-13
