You never won the "big" prize because the chances of you winning are so low. If you look at the chances of winning each amount in percentage terms, you will see that the chances of you winning the very small amounts are overwhelmingly favorable. They somewhat distort this by having a very large number of potential results, making it appear to someone who does not look closely that there is a better chance of winning "a lot" then there really is

I haven't managed to hit the big prize yet, either. Haven't heard of anyone who has, but I'm sure someone has by now, as long as the site has been around. I think the highest I've gotten is "tier 3" if you'd want to call it that, the most likely prize being tier 1. Though I haven't deposited myself, I would trust them.
