Honestly, I'd recommend ignoring the gambling part altogether or if you can't resist it, only betting what you get for free from the faucet as others have mentioned. Freebitco.in has a very high house edge of 5% which will kill your earnings in the end even if you bet in small amounts. Martingale is not a viable gambling strategy with such a high house edge either (actually it's not a viable strategy for any site regardless of the house edge but it usually takes a bit longer to fail). Most other dice sites such a Primedice offer a house edge of 1% or less.
The above has nothing to do with their trustworthiness though which is an altogether separate thing. I would say that they are pretty trustworthy.
