decided to release into beta this chan I've been toying with for a few months called $ato$hi¢a¢he (where's my unicode?), whose main purpose is microtransactions.it's basically ais basically a chan/reddit/delicious/rapidshare hybrid.  it has hacker news/digg/reddit style voting and ranking, however the upvotes are tied to actual satoshi instead of karma. Satoshi accrual is tied to a one to one relationship (one upvote = one satoshi, one downvote = - one satoshi) as of now, but can be adjusted based on promotions and such. To combat downvote trolls trying to obliterate your satoshi stash, I made it to where the satoshi accrue in a cache account, and then one can flush out the cache account into their main account, in which downvotes will not penalize your satoshi amount. the theory is that advertising will be on the flush cache/withdrawal pages to try to keep site as clean and non-spammy as possible. Your cache amount is the gold number listed next to your post info

tried to make the site non-javascript friendly if you're visiting from tor. one can post from the $ninja account if they truly want to remain anonymous. just remember to enter a bitcoin address so satoshi can get credited to it. if logged in, you can send private messages to other users. While private messages are encrypted in the database, I suggest entering a pgp public key for your user account for end to end security.

you can upload photos, mp3's and mp4's.

tipping is built in if you have satoshi in your main account.

minimum payout is 7000 satoshi.

if you guys think this is a good idea, I can continue to develop it further. if not, back to the shadows i go.....

could use some beta testers and don't be shy to donate if you think this is cool. just wanted to get some noobs involved into bitcoin with a format that they should be familiar with. feedback appreciated. thanks.

would love to hear ANY kind of feedback, good or bad. Even if there's not a snowball's chance in hell of you using it, let me know why.

Grin thanks to the anonymous tipster who told me my recaptcha wasn't showing up. All fixed now! Running the first promotion tomorrow! Grin
