Premine hasn't moved, I have paid out bounties and that is all? Premine is actually smaller than 2% anyways,2% of 1.5 is roughly 28k |

With all the bounties paid out. It kept moving the premine when I was paying bounties so the address was wrong I'm sorry for the confusion!! The premine is actually smaller than 2%, is was 20k ETD, but 2% of 1.4-5m is roughly 28k ETD. Sorry for the confusion guys.
Can we get Earlz in here to do a code review? Maybe that will help things, He can verify...
