I think your only option is Virwox, fees are a bit high though and the first time I think you will have to wait up to 48 hours to receive your money on PP, but I'm not sure, read their TOS.

localbitcoins is the way to go for this. You can get trusted paypal sellers there.

With your trust you cannot try on this forum If he is willing to use escrow or go first, I don't think the negative trust is a problem. After all, he is the one taking paypal, and so the one to take the risk of chargeback.

bitstamp is no Paypal oh, but you can go BTC-e if you think the 7% withdrawal fee is not expensive

For what it's worth, paypal is a massive problem with bitcoin transactions.
The immediate issue is that trade in a non-tangible good (which category includes bitcoin) is against their terms of service. If they find out your account is being used for bitcoin trades they will shut it down hard. If they can identify a particular trade that was for bitcoin they will perform a chargeback.
Seriously, just don't use them for Bitcoin anything. They don't like it, and they take steps to make sure you won't either.

I woulnd't sell btc over paypal. The fees alone kill the possibilities of doing precise small spread buy/sells.
