Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

We've pm'd and traded in the past and the last trade I sent first he disappeared.
Then after doing some research it seems he is also the scammer LEON.

I am so glad I did not get scammed. Sorry for the others. I deleted my post here that say the transfer went well, which they did, but I will not nor ever condone with a scammer. They are still quoted, but I cannot do anything about that.

What did TizzyTazzy get a scammer tag for?

yea, curious here too.

How did you guys link him to LEON?

If you're not excited by the idea of being an early adopter 'now', then you should come back in three or four years and either tell us "Told you it'd never work!" or join what should, by then, be a much more stable and easier-to-use system.

Ask theymos for that. I'd wager on IP addresses and so.
