The network tries to produce one block per 10 minutes. It does this by automatically adjusting how difficult it is to produce blocks.

Where are these private keys for those addresses going to be stored?

I was going to just put them in localStorage, optionally encrypting them with a passphrase. I'm up for critique/suggestions, though!
