How to make announcement page with pictures ?

it gives proxy error when i add picture.can i jus copy whole page?how to make nice announcement page?

The easiest way I can tell you is:
take an existing nice announcement page, press "quote" button, copy/paste the content into a notepad and ... learn from it.
