I need a Bitcoins Web Developer who can either code for me or sell me the idea on how to implement a escrow system, have a new BTC address for deposits every time and a BTC mixing script for a website.

I guess not sure. I always thought the BTC Mixing between transactions on Blockchain was money laundering???

i highly doubt you will find someone willing to be an accomplice in that, but what do i know.
