[Need] Coin Creator

I have a friend that wants to create a new coin, but it's unsure about alot of stuff like if make it x11 x13 x15...
He has the funds, thats not the problem, what we need is:
Coin, blockchain, faucet, some istructions to make the coin started aka genesis block.
We are thinkin about all the details of the coin, but for now, I wanna look for someone that is able to hint us for the best way to get us started

Coin I've helped to develop. Feel free to PM me with help, as the things you are asking are pretty basic.

My friend is too lazy to build by himself, and I would probably be his PR about the coin 
I know, basic stuff, even if the idea is a very good one
