Who Are We?Koinify is a web platform aimed to set new standards in the pre-sale industry. Crypto crowd funding, focused on funding decentralized applications, decentralized autonomous corporations, and crypto infrastructure. We have raised $1.5M in venture funding for developing our platform, and are based in Mountain View, California.
What Are We Doing?Bringing security and transparency to the world of crowd sales is somthing that is needed in order for these to continue. With the amount of pump and dumps, scam coins, and whatever else -- there is a huge opportunity for someone to come in and do this the correct way.
We are brining secured funds storage in 2 or 3 multi-signature wallets (powered by BitGo), with Adam, co-founder of Counterparty, being a third party arbitrator. Fund's don't get released to the developers all at once, we have introduced a milestone development vesting structure, where the developers will need to hit X marks in progress to unlock the next portion of their funds. Adam, will also be releasing the funds when the milestones are met. All milestones are displayed transparently, along with the distribution of funds.
Koinify brings a platform for high quality, vested projects. Onboarded projects go through a rigorous due diligence process, which will be published with the pre-sale.
Additionally, we help accelerate the development of these projects by facilitating the pre-sale. We have a built in Koinify wallet compatible with counter-wallet, and are partnering with exchanges to have our tokens be put on immediately after the pre-sale for liquidity.
