I have an account with 1798 shares i would like to sell them @5.2 btc.  This is cheaper than the 1.6k sale.
I would like to sell them all at once or half.

How is it cheaper than the 1k6x sale ? Atm you can get 1600 shares ( when they are available ) for about 2.4 BTC with both the coupon and the additional 8% if you pay in BTC. You are selling at prety much 2x the rate.
