1) Not a scammer 2) Terms were never agreed upon, I technically owe nothing as he sent it by mistake 3) To this day I offer him $275 cash or crypto (its an option he can take at any time) for the 2 BTC which at the time of the event were worth $250. So 4) Shut up and 5) Make a new account as you always do.
