1. Top up your account ( https://www.liqpay.com/?do=topple_liqpay )
2. Tell me how much BTC you want.
3. Get ready to take picture of your ID where your name is written with English letters.
4. Next to your ID must be sheet of paper that says "I paid invoice #x at LiqPay.com" where X will be invoice id that you will receive from me by email.

No commission, price will be MTGOX rate at the time transfer is made.

Example, you card charged $100 USD. MTGOX rate is Bid/Ask 5.21/5.23. You will receive 19.12 BTC

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Won't using a credit card for LiqPAY make the charge as a cash withdraw which means it starts charging interest that day on the balance?

I just asked liqpay support about this, they assured me that it shows up as a regular online transaction, NOT a cash advance.
