Don't send first to another newbie, use an escrow.

Only accept Paypal if you enjoy the following:

1) The payment being reversed up to 6 months after the deal is done.

2) Your PayPal account being restricted or permanently closed due to the chargeback dispute.

If you enjoy both of these activities, then definitely sell some BTC to this user for PayPal!  Grin
