1st of all if he is using Tor you cannot ban his own IP. As you don't know his personal IP address.

If they are the most smartest, then why cant the staff and the mods figure out a way by which they can stop trust misuse? Why cant the mods delete his posts in which he is selling trust? I think that deleting a post is a matter of few seconds, so they can/should do it.

There is no way to stop trust abuse, unless you want to suggest a way. Like scams, the trust system isn't moderated except for rare occasions. This guy probably doesn't have any way to do what he is suggesting, but he's just likely trying to scam.

ok that is proof, 3 users gave me negative trust and i had a red tag, i just logged it and fixed that within two minuites, now my trust is neutral
