A lof of dark nets offer this for 10%, and its a fraud against the sellers and amazon. No one should use the service.

He will probably not agree to an escrow. It is because, he is not paying anything. After you purchase the product, he will somehow get a refund from Amazon for some reason. And he is asking for 50% from that refunded amount. In simple terms, its scamming amazon to issue a refund and is morally wrong.
