I think there is not much to say. White Paper says it all. NODE has a solid and real touch with the street. Development is constant. They have PR, lawyer, devs working. I'll personally use NODE to move and spend my money as soon as it launches as i travel often and i dont like to be paying taxes in every country, waiting weeks, commissions to bank and a lot of barriers bank system has. I'd like they could add more currencies with time. It seems is in their plans to expand NODE and add more currencies so i already bought a couple millions.. and for sure im gonna drop more money when is fully deployed.
Edit: Plus there is no inflation and just by having my client open in my 2 years old laptop already allow me to forge (earn more money by just contributing to node having my client open)

Sounds like a solid plan, so Gizfreak's law says no guts, no glory. I doubt if it is the ultimate solution, but at least it can be THE solution for the decreasing interest in cryptocurrency atm.

Do you need half a million coins before you can forge?
Correct. Maybe it'll come down soon but that's how it is for now.

Creating blocks "on demand", only when there is transactions, no un-necessary empty blocks, is nice feature and together with the ability to forge blocks with very low power hardware like an old laptop makes Node very efficient and "green". When Node-pay goes alive it will make crypto more usable and expand the userbase a lot. I think all this makes Node worth mentioning.

Instant transactions is the ultimate killer feature. Hope it will still work with lots of transactions.

I like node projects, I am invested in XCR personally, but I think the instant transactions of Node is pretty cool and might have some use down the road.

Thats a good thing to hear from a person like you, NODE need people like you who support devs and the community. I am sure you will invest in NODE too I don't think I will invest, I put my actual money into XCR and I don't regret it, I think when things are delivered they'll bring substantial value to it's network. Sorry for derailing! but I always look at other projects too because this is all interesting to us, right. I was just playing with the thought of instant transactions for a project of my own, because 10 mins blocktime too slow for my kind of activity! but I can't sadly put one of the solutions needed based on Node technology, because whilst interesting, it needs to have uptime and show stability. We all know altcurrencies in general have networks, that are easy for malicious actors to take down without needing much capital, so the network has to grow and show that it's here to stay, for others to be able to trust it enough to build something to rely on its technology. if these impressive transaction times are fully secure and will keep it as such, in some time, it can be used for a variety of different services and solve some problems bitcoins blocktimes cant, but the network has to prove itself stable and only thing to do that is simply uptime. so maybe, in some time, your investment will make more sense to you, I don't know because I am like I said not fully researched on Node

I think it's way too early to say.
1) No actual whitepaper how the network works especially regarding instant-tx 2) No details on how NODEPay will actually work. It sounds like a centralized exchange (like Bter, Cryptsy,...) only that it's run by the same people that "run" the cryptocurrency. I also don't see any advantage over Ripple (quite the oppsosite actually).
So yeah...too early. Rly there are no details on anything available.
It's definitely worth keeping an eye on though.
