I deposited 0.025 to http://lucky-bitcoin.com/

https://blockchain.info/tx/74c11e78c26ceaede770605da8478420d2114304b36401ee5c63c2ebe8630793

Nothing happened.  Huh
Emailed support, waiting for reply...

That is when I saw this:

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, but full nodes are more resource-heavy, and they must do a lengthy initial syncing process. As a result, lightweight clients with somewhat less security are commonly used.

is it a scam?

No idea, but the site owner has been inactive on bitcointalk since August (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=753865.0).
It probably is not a good idea to try such an inactive site...

exactly once, or you can create a new account and make a deposit in small quantities, in case the same thing then it is possible that the site has ended, but if the deposit can be done means that they have to cheat your account

Haven't heard from this site for quite some time, so it's probably inactive...
