Is your account potentially not verified (as in AML/KYC verified) as they are going to start to lock people out of their accounts in ~3 days if they are not AML/KYC verified and it would be possible that they jumped the gun a little bit

It has nothing to do with that, they have a few days left to verify their account, bitstamp is not locking accounts a few days before the deadline.

Best is to send them an email if you haven't done that already.

I'm having this problem too, since about an hour ago.

I'm a verified customer. Could it be a bug related to locking out unverified customers?

I hate getting nervous about glitches like this when there's a lot of money involved.
