We need a squad of << White Hat Hackers >> like the Ghostbusters, who are willing to hunt down these people for a bounty.
This is getting really bad, and most of us, are forced to have almost all our BTC in cold storage ^Sad^
OP could not do that for obvious reasons, <<Trader>>
It's a problem on every front, where money is involved <<credit cards / ATM's / Personal Banking>> and it's costing us millions. ^sad^

With the fungibility of bitcoin, I don't think you can mark any bitcoins as stolen.
