Newegg has the PC Power and Cooling Silencer Mk II 750W High Performance 80PLUS on shell shocker sale for $80.  The item also has a $20 rebate..  I have used 3 of these in the past on this brand of psu and they are reliable rebates..

It gets better.. if you look through the combos you will find if you do the combo that has the Mark II 750 + the Kingston 2GB Valueram.. it is actually CHEAPER than the shell shocker.   It's $15 for the ram but $20 combo discount.. bringing the grand total to $74.98 shipped for the psu and ram, then also a $20 rebate on top.

Sure do.  I have several of the 950W ones and I swear by them.  They run much cooler than any other psu's I have.
