Hi everyone I am a newbie when it comes to btc but I had 0.33btc in my account and tried to send it and it showed up payment can't be transmitted for about an hour so I reset the blockchain and its been about another 45 mins and it shows nothing.

However it does say syncing with network 6 weeks behind. Will they come back ? Also I'm using the bitcoin andriod app

According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

I think people will be better able to help if you are clearer.  You are talking about Bitcoin Core?  How did you reset the blockchain?  Did you delete it?  Did you backup your wallet.dat prior to that?

An account on blockchain.info?  Do you mean your wallet?  Also which bitcoin android app are you talking about?

Regardless, if you have the private keys (e.g. you backed up your wallet.dat or otherwise exported the keys) then you shouldn't have lost anything.

@catman2015: Most likely your internet connection wasn't stable. In these cases have a look at Options > Network Monitor and see if you're connected to peers.
