You should be at least 59-62...

try this:

cgminer.exe --bmsc-options 115200:0.5 -o stratum+tcp://stratum.server.server:20123 -u username -p x --bmsc-freq 0B82 --bmsc-voltage 0800

pause

Also, if you are running the U3 on the computer with screensaver or power saver mode, when those feature kicks in, it may cause the U3 to go zombie...

If you are connecting the U3 to USB3 port, please try it with USB2 port and vs..

I'd expect that to kill it unless you are running it in the snow.
0B82 = 300Mhz

I can run my 2 on default all day (225Mhz) without problems with cgminer 4.9.1 - about 54GHs - but after I shift the voltage up to 0.8v I get failures that require replugging them - I guess they overheat and kill the USB somehow.
Neither a USB reset nor a chip initialisation clears it - it has to be an unplug, replug.

I'm using a Seasonic 1200W platinum with PCIe<->U3 cable from my Jalapeno from long past - that doesn't heat up.
The plugpack heated up to 50C+ the first time I used it so I stopped using the plug packs (the U3 heatsink was 45C so I thought that was ironic)

I have one of these and it works very well after some figuring out. First is the power source. That brick it came with just don't have big enough wires to supply it properly so I created a 4 pin molex to barrel connector lead for it and use a atx psu for it. Secondly is the command line for launching it.

cgminer.exe --bmsc-options 115200:0.5 -o url -u username -p password --bmsc-freq 0B82 --bmsc-voltage 0800

Here is a screen of my unit in action. You can judge for yourself.

I have 2 more coming (U3) that will be here middle of next week as well. Hope this helps.

I am so happy i ran across this page i finally got my antminer u3 to start hash!! Smiley thanks alot
now its time for a ice cold beer Cool

I ran 2 of these for about 6 months. I used a atx psu to power them, ran the fan directly to the psu for power with an adapter and never had an issue with them once I did these things. I ran them and regularly got 73gh/s from them. And yes I actually posted in the original thread about this including screen shots.

5. cgminer.exe --bmsc-options 115200:0.5 -o POOL URL:PORT -u USERNAME -p PASSWORD --bmsc-freq 0B82 --bmsc-voltage 0800 --queue 1 --scan-time 30 --expiry 60 --no-submit-stale

Thanks! I used this, and pluged the U3 directly into the usb of the computer and it has not gone zombie since. Hashing steady at 75

Your probably right. I most likelt fabricated the screenshot and am lying about the config just to screw with people.

Course you will never actually know the truth as you apparently are unwilling to simply ask me for some documentation on how I got the settings for my bat line and seeing as instead all you want to do is bash at me I am not gonna ever offer you that info.

Anyone else wants it send me a pm and I will provide the links.

Have a nice day.  Grin
