I would like 1.5 BTC loan please. Need for 3 weeks.

You must have some reputation.
What would you do with no reputation? I am new and need to build reputation.

You provide collateral, as I mentioned in your other post.
I don't have any collateral.

The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Excuse my loudness, but:

LOANS ARE NOT FOR BUILDING TRUST OR "REPUTATION"!

Most scammers start out with petty loans to build a false reputation.

Hey Garr255, If this question is too personal just tell me to mind my own business....

Are you up in profits even after 1 person defaulted? Or did that loss of 20 something Bitcoins essentially wipe out all the gains made with the other loans? I'm interested in the viability of loaning out money in small numbers, I did some calculations a long time ago that concluded you would need a huge critical mass of people using a lending service to dampen the effect of people defaulting on their loans, I recall needing around 50 - 100 successful loans to equal 1 or 2 bad defaults.

I sent you a PM regarding a 3 BTC loan but don't have any reputation. But I am a long time member of this forum if that counts for anything.

Unfortunately, the fact that bitcointalk accounts can be bought/traded so easily, means that your reputation may be in question.

What's your policy on fluctuating bitcoin rates? I might be interested in a 6 BTC loan. You can check my kncminer threads for credibility.

Consider having your avaliable fund to be on Coin Lenders? so you can have some interest on those even if they arent loaned out

I won't lend to someone who will be converting the loaned money to fiat, therefore do not offer any such thing.

No thanks, I prefer to manage the funds myself.

After that one default I'm hardly on top still, but I'm still positive and that's what counts Smiley

I'm using it but the site is young. Only time and satisfied customers can build the reputation which brings trust

but now we have the forum trust system!

The new activity lowered my ranking!
Argh!  But would I be eligible for a 1 BTC loan?
I saw two dealers selling ripples, one for 6500/BTC and the other for 7500/BTC so I plan to exchange...

Hi, I have a loan with collateral open on BTCJam.

The rate is 2% per month.

edit: the collateral covers 102% of the loan value.
