I'm afraid DIME isn't traded on any exchanges (but maybe I'm wrong). Last time when I seen it DIME was traded against LTC at one litoshi but there wasn't any buy orders. So it seems to be a dead coin.

Stay away it was an 8%+ premine scam. Your 15 million are not even 2$.
