Guys what a problem you have here? Why not put any orders to rise a price and minimall return your money (better make same little profit then lost all anyway ). Its easy to not do anything and crying around about any kind of scam. Lol here IPO collect not much then 3 BTC or not? Im not sure that UcoinTeam Dev really want to scam anybody here, because he continued his work on that project without any profits and with crying in thread about scam. Dev make his part of work here. Community not do anything for that project to have a success. Price of any coins at most make a strong community.

I am not sure what problem you have...?   And what you meant when posting this? Nobody is crying about scam in this thread. The Dev is working, he is delivering as promised, so there is no such issues you are talking about. Maybe you read just old posts, or maybe you were answering to other topic?

What refers to community to help with the coin... That's a good point, I believe some of us are doing something, some not. Maybe not enough. But in general I think this coin is in the stage of slow, but steady development, and the price does not matter too much now. It allows to get more cheap coins now, which I personally do

I am personally not mining it currently, as its cheaper to buy at exchange (with some patience). But its good to have Suprnova ready in case if difficulty drops.

I don't understand mrz123's suggestion about making this full PoS... Why he thinks that "with pure pos the network will be better than if it stays low hashrate hybrid pos" ?   Strange idea... Do anyone understands why one could think that way? I believe nothing is bad with low hashrate PoW.

EDIT: however something is wrong with Suprnova pool now: I see some "amonymous" mining and getting blocks like 122,0xx right now, while at Aikapool folks are at 123,2xx at the same moment. Also last block time at Suprnova is shown as "01/19/2015 05:33:47", while the GMT time now is "01/18/2015 17:36:27". What timezone the Supernova works on..?

Today I update UWallet for Android(Material Design UI, fixed some minor bugs) and UWallet for Mac(added a section with a list of transactions).
UWallet for Android, will be available in Google Play tomorrow.

If you are sure about changing algorithm, please notify pool operators (@ocminer and @AikaPool) beforehand, so there is no mess created by this!
I suppose also the block explorers have to be updated. BTW, the current explorers are not in sync - one (http://ucoin.explorer.ssdpool.com:9124) is stuck and shows only blocks before Jan 17, another one (http://bitexp.net/explorer.php?coin=UCoin) seems to be working, but it is not in sync with C-CEX! C-CEX does not accept transactions visible in that block explorer. I have lost about 1200 ucoins because of that... There may be a fork in the network again.

Hopefully with new algo the blockchain will be more stable...

I think that those multiple forks needs to be resolved first. Aika pool is on wrong fork again.

Very good question. I suppose this cannot be 1:1, as the old coin's number was just 9,750,000, and new coins number is 50,000,000! So new coins are more and should be worth about 5 times less than old coins. Considering the current price of the UCoin, I would think it would be better to rethink this once more and maybe reduce the number of new UCoins from 50M to 10M, and then exchange them 1:1... I am not a crytpocurrency expert, but it seems to me increasing the number of coins at this stage is not the best idea, as it could devaluate the price... What do you think? What does the community and experienced folks think?
