Dev said many times C-CEX wont be giving him the funds until he passes POD. Let's see if that was a lie.

Our rules (https://c-cex.com/?id=ico) don't let us keep funds longer than 3 days after ICO end. We will not hold it longer or refund ICO in case coin launched successfully, wallets developed, network and mining is up. POD is recommended but always optional.

mcap is very low right now due to low interest, if devs deliver, price can rise.

usually releases wouldn't do much for price, but when the mcap is this low, even a bit of extra attention will add big buy pressure

Honestly, don't really care for POD much. Doesn't really do anything for exposing scammers (except the rare, exceptionally dumb ones).

That being said, it is a bit sketch that the dev was vehement about not allowing himself the funds until POD confirmation, and has now begun singing  a different tune.

Minor issue for me, mcap is so low right now I can pick up whole %'s of coins for a couple bucks. Risk reward ratio is pretty good, so I'll take my chances.

After moving ICO end was decided not to get PoD. It doesn't give special guarantees to investors (last coins was PoD, but they were scam), and 0.1BTC (cost PoD) I'd rather spend on developer license for Windows Phone.
I, though not get PoD, but continues work on UCoin.

Agree with vagabondz, the ipo funds was a pretty meager amount so I'd rather see it put towards development which there's already been more of here than with many other new coins. Good decision dev.

I sold on 0.00001255.

In the trading history only 5 or 6 sell orders above the ICO !

My orders:
