They are accounts that either people share or come from hacked databases. I wouldn't worry too much as 1 normal Netflix account works on 3 devices at the same time.

Not worried about the $.25 it's more the fact that the accounts belong to others...

I bought some account codes last year and they are running out, and now I would like to buy some new ones..... CODES which can extend my current account!
