I need your help in developing website that exchange bitcoin and altcoin into SIM CARD BALANCE/PULSE.
1. User choose which coin to exchange with SIM CARD BALANCE/PULSE
2. User choose the amount of the SIM CARD BALANCE/PULSE and enter the SIM CARD number
3. Website will display how many coin need to send
4. User click "Buy Pulse"
5. User will go to a new page that shows the coin address for sending the coin (with QR code), SENDING, CONFIRMATION, and TRANSACTION SUCCESS status.
6. If user send the wrong amount, the website will send back the coin minus transaction fee.
7. If the user success send the coin with CONFIRMED status, SMS GATEWAY will send a sms to me that cointain user's SIM CARD NUMBER and THE AMOUNT that they want to buy
