Unfortunately I did not catch this moment, but I think this is something blink of an eye.
Now the price tends to be the same, I guess it would stop $410.

Different exchanges means different traders. Different traders means different prices.

Probably caused by some one who got a bit too much excited and wanted to buy in quickly.

LakeBTC also has lower volume, which means it doesn't take that much for large traders to get the price up significantly.

I used to use bitcoinchart but the problem was they don't use native API of exchanges thus there are time delay and misinterpretation sometimes. They accept the proprietary format , which would be different from the native ones. You'd better refer to the native API rather than aggregator like bitcoinchart, especially when it comes to talking about real time price discrepancy like this. Of course it is OK to catch up general trend, but not for real time market analysis. Apart from the topic of this thread, we need to be careful about their choice of exchanges listed.

Nah, bitcoin price is still determined by the market forces just like any other products, services, currencies, etc.
Exchange is nothing but just a platform for matching buy orders with sell orders.
