It should tell you where they went on the blockchain. Post the address, but if they're not there then looks like you've lost them.

Lol. How does Dogecoin work then? I'm talking about the Doge blockchain not the Bitcoin one. Post the Dogecoin wallet or find it on https://dogechain.info/chain/Dogecoin

Yes you can, here is the results for the address D5xz8EsBAwrcoEtDBk4L1Kntoh7PzKsqcb You type the address into the box in the upper right of the https://dogechain.info/ page and get this link https://dogechain.info/address/D5xz8EsBAwrcoEtDBk4L1Kntoh7PzKsqcbClicking the link shows the address has a balance of zero and that it has received 21,613,879.43653419 DOGE and sent 21,613,879.43653419 DOGE The transactions are listed underneath the balance information

Do you know how to start your wallet from the command line using flags? If you do try starting your wallet with the -rescan flag, the -reindex flag, then the -repairwallet flags.
If you don't, try creating a shortcut to your dogecoin-qt.exe
Open the shortcut's properties, and click the "shortcut" tab. In the box labelled "Target" add a space after dogecoin-qt.exe then add -rescan -reindex then close the shortcut properties and double click the shortcut icon to start your wallet from it. It should take a long time to rescan and reindex the blockchain
If it still does not work try openng the shortcut properties again and replacing -rescan -reindex with -repairwallet then double click the shortcut icon to start your wallet from it.
Hopefully that should restore your missing address.

It should take forever to rescan the blockchain first. You should see a very small message somewhere that says "rescanning", then it should take forever to reindex the blockchain while showing a message that says "reindexing".
The DOGE blockchain is massive so it should take a long time, and you only get to see your address after it's finished.

If you got a new address then it didn't recognize your wallet.dat file so a new one should have been generated.
Double check it's correctly named wallet.dat and it's on the right folder (I think %appdata%/dogecoin).

Is there any way you can move your Wallet.dat back onto your original PC and test it from there?

It should change after it's finished rescanning and reindexing.
If your address is still missing afterwards then try restarting the wallet using the repairwallet flag.
