What is your FCA registration number? What regulatory scheme do you fall under?

We are regulated through our payment processor PayCo Financial Services Ltd. You can find their FSA file here (Firm 900088). It is an authorised E-money institution and is permitted to hold our customers electronic money. We therefore apply all KYC/AML requirements that the FCA demands from such a business. I'm trying to, however I can't find much information on them. What is their registration number? It seems they are based in Switzerland so why would they be licensed by the FCA - surely they would be regulated by FINMA?
