Of the total mintage of 2011 1BTC Brass Casascius coins, less than 8% feature the Series-2 hologram.

The total number of these coins in existence is estimated to be only 516, with almost 100 peeled; these numbers are dwarfed by the "error coin" mintage of 5,993.

I don't normally deal in graded coins, as you all know, so let's try something a bit different: no pictures of the coin, just my sworn declaration that I have not tampered with the ANACS slabs and that the coins came into my possession bearing the grades listed below.

Two coins up for grabs: MS-64, MS-65.

Starting bid for the MS-64 is 3BTC, starting bid for the MS-65 is 4BTC. Free worldwide shipping, because why not?

Please indicate in your post which coin you are bidding on.

Auction ends precisely 48 hours after the time of this post, which you can see just up there ^ somewhere; compare it to the server time displayed way up there ^ somewhere else to see how much time you've got left.

Lowball bids discouraged.

Are you going to bid with pictures, or did you just feel the need to chirp in?

Well I have bought 10+ Casascius coins from Nubbins, but I do not blame people for wanting pictures. Everyone knows by now he is a legit seller (I send first to him often without any worries), but I would want pics too! Lets see some Casascius pictures Nubbins  Shocked

The MS-65 looks like this, but with a different shortcode  Tongue

In all seriousness, they're in a safety deposit box and I can't access them until Monday. Maybe I'll try another auction in the future Smiley
