Bad logic.  If you would have rented rigs instead of bought you would have over 100k coins.

It doesn't matter what the future price can be.  It matters what they currently are and you overpaid.

Well, probably yes. I don't have so much time during the day to signup to a pool, create worker, search for a free rig,set-up,monitoring. I prefer to buy directly. I have never lost 1 satoshi in cryptoworld,i'm for the long run. Always. Till now i was right in thoose coins i choose.

Market cap..

Way to high.

You make renting rigs sound over complicated. I think you are being lazy.
If you put more effort into these winning picks of yours I doubt you'd have to be working elsewhere or whatever you're busy doing.

No, that's completely wrong. It doesn't account for risk or timing.

Rig rental mining involves additional risks (pool DDoS, hashrate fluctuations, etc.) to attempt to get those lower prices per coin, early in that coin's life when supply is relatively low. By paying the miner above cost, he compensated the miner who took the risks, so he could acquire the coin early without having to worry about them. He expects the future price to be higher.

Oh, but since it doesn't matter what the future price can be, surely you'll have no problem selling me your 50k opti for the 0.02 you paid to mine it. Right?

Ok, The next thing on the roadmap is a logo contest. Does everyone like our logo? If you were to change it what would you make it look like?  We will have a prize for the best logo.
We have a block explorer up and running. We also have a faucet and game.
Bounties for other projects will be posted in the next couple days. If there is anything the community wants let us know and we will see what can be done. If you develop features, wallets, games, etc we do offer bounties to contributors.
It has been a good day today.

Hey OptimumCoin,

I'd love to try some logo mock-ups. What's the situation? Are you waiting on some feedback from community about logo requests or are you open to "any" designs at this moment?
(That said, if I get some idea, are you interested?)

Oh and congrats on nice launch!
