Recently microwallet has been back up and paying. There was something wrong with the blockchain.info API, but now they fixed it. Even though it took quite longer than expected, this is great! Users have been reporting payments to their accounts! LONG LIVE MICROWALLET!

Every time a block is mined, a certain amount of BTC (called the subsidy) is created out of thin air and given to the miner. The subsidy halves every four years and will reach 0 in about 130 years.

i hope we don't see such problems in the future, i think they lost quite a bit of faucets to the other new site.

Did it pay out all previous balances, prior to this problem?
I have a few Satoshi's here and there, and thought I lost it, when they went down ^Smile^
Mostly dust, from a collection of faucets, I tried recently.

I barely noticed that it wasn't working because, well, faucets. But it's good to know that it's working again.

i am happy too. faucets are a good way for newbies like me to get started.. the amount given is pretty low but it adds up and at least i can see how the   transactions work and feel more comfortable when i try bigger things Wink
