   Bitcoin Crops has contracted with Mountain Valley Poultry to Raise Breeding stock of the Great Ayam Cemani Chicken. All Bitcoin raised will be used to purchase breeding Stock of Ayam Cemani Chickens. Some of the stock has already been secured but more may be purchased.  The purchasers of Shares are not buying stock or ownership in any company. The shares are farm shares that provide the rights to share in the crop production of the breeding stock. All sales from the breeding stock will be converted to bitcoin. The bitcoin from crops will be sent to a secure wallet. A net asset value will be released monthly.  Every month an offer to repurchase shares will be offered at a 15% discount to NAV.The share owners will decide whether to resell or retire the repurchased shares. The contract with Mountain Valley Poultry is for 2 years. After 2 years, the share owners will decide whether continue Raising Breeding Stock, Liquidate livestock or change focus to a niche poultry market.  Bitcoin Crops and Mountain Valley Poultry are responsible to guarantee against fraud. Mountain Valley Poultry is responsible to Feed,water,shelter, and protect the livestock. Mountain Valley Poultry will also be responsible for marketing and selling. Bitcoin Crops is responsible for all Farm Share related transactions.
  
    Here is a little information about this magnificent bird. Please do your own research about this farm share. The birds are completely black: black plumage with a greenish shine, black legs and toe nails, black beak and tongue, black comb and wattles, black meat and bones and even dark organs. The roosters weigh 2–2.5 kg and the hens from 1.5–2 kg. The hens are non-roosting and produce 80 white eggs with a slight pink tint per year. Eggs weigh an average of 45 g. Despite many rumors, the blood of the Ayam Cemani is not black (though it is remarkably dark). In Indonesia and other parts of Asia, the shiny black bird is said to be used in ritual ceremonies and offerings, both for medicinal purposes and “supernatural” diseases. Health food enthusiasts believe that the black meat and skins have Medicinal properties and eggs are said to be low in cholesterol.  

   Please Understand when the word share is used it is in reference to a legal Farm share which allows individuals the right to share in the crop production of farmer. Also the word Stock is in reference to Livestock.
  
    In order to purchase shares, you will need a Counterparty wallet. There is a total of 1 Million shares available. The initial Price per share will be  0.002 Counterparty. Purchases are available on the Counterparty Market or 10,000 plus available as direct bitcoin purchase. No Shares will be destroyed, They will continue to be sold or traded for additional Livestock at the initial price or above until fully distributed.

   The Contract will start December 1, 2014. Black Bird Shares will receive 25% of all sales or revenue from the sale of Ayam Cemani Breeding Stock owned by the farm share sold by Mountain Valley Poultry. Bitcoin Crops will receive 5% and Mountain Valley Poultry 70%.

  Yes,  we will allow Physical delivery of Juvenile Breeder Pairs in exchange for Black Bird Shares. They will be offered at a small discount in exchange for shares.

   Crop Revenue Projections will be dependent on the Market and the Production of the flock. At this time, Good Quality Pairs are selling for $1,000-2,000 Usd. Here are a few examples:
  10 Hens produce 40 chicks per year with average price of $50 would return $10,000 to share owners or near break even after 2 years.
  10 Hens Produce 60 Chicks per year with average price of $100 would return $30,000 or 3x investment to share owners after 2 years.
  10 Hens Produce 60 Chicks per year with average price of $200 would return $60,000 or 6x investment to share owners after 2 years.

   After 2 year contract or possibly sooner Breeding Stock can be liquidated or Farm Share may Continue as a Niche Market for Meat and/or Eggs.
If Liquidated all Poultry owned by Black Bird Shares will be sold and converted to XCP or Bitcoin and offered at NAV of each share. If continues as a niche Market will try to get best possible return on Shares as market warrants.

    First Dividend to Black Bird Shares Will Be Paid by Bitcoin crops Within the First week of January. Due to the Lack of interest, The Initial investment will only be the 1 pair of Ayam Cemani. In order to add value to the Share, Black Bird shares obtained 20% of Bitcoin Crops Which will receive Dividend Payments on the Entire Poultry Flock of Mountain Valley Poultry.

     Black Bird Shares is announcing a Buyback of all shares at a Price of .02 Counterparty Per Share. Only a very small portion of Black Bird Shares were sold to unknown purchasers who have not contacted about dividend payments. This is  10X the initial Counterparty Purchase price of .002 Counterparty. There is a Timeline of 90 days from today to receive this Exchange. If you do not respond, then Bitcoin Crops reserves the right to issue another Farm Share Partnership using shares of Black Bird Shares  and you will agree that your shares may be invested in another farm share.
