-snip- Collateral will be required, And if your not happy giving me the collateral directly then I am more than happy to use an Escrow. -snip-
When dealing with new users all collateral should always be held by a trusted third party.

Alexunited's BTC LoansHello and welcome to my BTC loans thread. The purpose of this thread is to offer BTC loans to members. I am offering loans of up to BTC0.1 per member to start off with, but the amount will increase eventually. Collateral will be required, And if your not happy giving me the collateral directly then I am more than happy to use an Escrow. If you would like a Loan then please post using the following template:[btc] You need: When you will repay: How much you will repay: Collateral you are offering
After posting in the thread, I will then either accept or deny your loan request. I will do this within 12 hours of you posting but if i'm online it will be pretty much immediately. My BTC address for repayments: 1KniddNr3H3KH9NAEgo3HYWRTRZ48N5HZaCurrent loans:NONE AT THE MOMENT SCAM-POTENTIAL = 100%I already flagges this filthy scammer. Do not send him any collateral, he will scam you! Avoid this bastard at all costs!

Oh the irony in this post EDIT: technically you are correct, however it appears that the person you were "lending" to did not follow this advice.
