Loans that I think are high risk will be required to pay 10% interest, Low risk loans will be 2% interest

Why would I just randomly lend people BTC without first knowing who they are

As I have said to many people I'm happy for them to put their username on the picture or a big SAMPLE across the middle

The opposite is supposed to happen. You send your ID to an escrow then the lender sends you the coins.
