Well... usually options are considered securities. 

But I see why you ask, it's atypical for this forum.  More likely belongs in Services, as it's just a site that now takes bitcoin.

Sorry, I should have clarified, I was referring to the "Securities" sub-forum:

This section is for topics about individual Bitcoin bonds, stocks, etc. Topics about exchange sites which deal in securities should go in the top-level Marketplace section.

Unless they're offering stock, seems like it would fall under the category of "exchange site" to me.
