You sure your account is not frozen or blocked for some reason?

If above is not the case, then you probably use a wrong password.

Check:
- 1 of your public addresses, see if you balance is still there :X Tongue
- URL (so many Blockchain phishing sites, although LastPass should not work on phishing sites)
- Alias / Identifier (sometimes you have to confirm the device thru mail with alias)
- Connection (I am pretty sure Blockchain can be strange when the connection is not so good)
- 2FA (I obviously assume you do not have 2FA? But if you do, check it. If you don't have > add next time)
- History of passwords (LastPass saves previous used passwords, maybe you have some Blockchain account mixed up)
- If nothing works, check for a backup (most times they send it thru mail)

What error (if any) do you get anyway?

We have just had EXACTLY the same problem.

We have been using same BlockChain.info wallet for 6 months. EXACTLY same password. NEVER been changed. We also have a hardcopy of this password in a book in the safe (which is only opened by me).

We logged in last night no problem after depositing BTC.

Today we logged in to move BTC and get "Error Decrypting Wallet. Please check your password is correct.".

We downloaded wallet backup and tried to import into a new account, but password is not working.

We have sent support email. No response yet. We created a Zendesk Ticket. Received no confirmation email.

We then created a NEW Wallet as a tester. After very short while, we also couldn't log into THIS wallet!

This appears to be a serious problem at their end. BlockChain.Info appears to either be compromised by someone or something or their technology handling login to wallets is malfunctioning.

Any advise other than comments about ALL CAPS or similar or someone from support would be very appreciated.

I stress. We have changed NOTHING at our end and could log on fine 5 hours previously.

Our BTC is still in the wallet. We have checked the Blockchain.

Thanks for confirmation of that. I guess I will not login on my Blockchain wallet until this is solved or something (just to be sure.) Good luck.

Combining NLNico's and your posts, it seems blockchain.info is having some problem at this moment.
If you need to use your bitcoin urgently, you could decrypt your AES-encrypted wallet backup and import your private keys to any other wallet clients.

I logged in only 3 hours ago and it was fine. I am not logging in again to check, in case there really is a problem. Try clearing your browser cookie and temp files and try again.

My account is logged on at the time of this writing. What happened to your account? Is the balance still in there? Are you sure you've entered the correct password? If you've entered the correct password, then your account should be logged on. :3 Have you saved the phrase needed in case something like this happened? Or maybe the error is in the identifier or something?

I logged in to my blockchain wallet couple of times today and had no problems creating transactions also, OP if you have back up keys, just import them into electrum and move your funds to another wallet if you're worried about your wallet being compromised.

i just logged in my wallet with no problems

I know some one who had his account frozen once for security purposes.

He was also trying to log in with exact same password without success. After emailing support they fixed it for him.

Check your capslock, maybe you were drunk and didn't notice that caps lock was on
Or maybe try to use another pc / login for the phone
The last thing to do is to try clear your browser cookies and cache, it sometimes causes a small problem Wink

Everyday i see more and more people complaining about blockchain.info wallet and blockchain explorer service.
If i were you, i will move my bitcoin to another wallet. There are many better wallet than blockchain.info out there, such as electrum & mycelium.

Yeah there might be alternatives but if we follow some security steps then the blockchain is the best in my opinion
If we use blockchain then we should also save the private key in a safe place. In case if we are not able to login to blockchain we still have the control over the bitcoins stored to those address

Yes blockchain is the best wallet out there in my opinion. Whatever wallet you use private key and bitcoin address are the main things you must have to save in a safe place. Forgetting password may be common when you actually earn something after sometime or months and try to login into old blockchain account. So just try to download paper wallet from blockchain and don't worry about getting your coin loss when you forget your password. You can use private key and address to use all of the funds in that address.
