How do people buy bitcoins in China? I thought it was supposed to be very difficult now.

I'm an American working in China.  It's easy to move fiat into the exchange and buy BTC here.

Everything goes thru a 3rd party with an electronic voucher but it's simple only only takes a few minutes.

I heard about a voucher system but I thought they had banned it.
