Please share your opinion with the community. If you have ordered from Bitmaintech or if you have some other experience with them you can help others by posting it here.

You may think about the following questions:

What did you order from Bitmaintech?
When did you place your order?
How long did it take to deliver?
Was the product as described?
If they promised a certain estimated day for dispatch, was it correct?
What was the customer service like?
Did you feel good after your collaboration with Bitmaintech?

It's nice to have your opinion. It would also be good if you could point out some specific points that lead to your conclusion. That would help both the community and the vendors to develop their business to a more consumer satisfying direction.

I have a pretty good experience dealing with Bitmaintech, I have bought S1s and S3s from them and everything so far was exactly as described.
But I can write a pretty interesting stuff about the LKETC (Nancy) if you open a tread for them and let the community know how they witheld my coins for over a month and a half now.

That's really bad. Better stick with Bitmaintech then. I created another thread for Titan Miners / LKETC:

I would like to share my positive experience with Bitmain.

I ordered 2x Antminer C1 with cooling kits excluded. Right after my bitcoin transaction got included to a block I received a confirmation e-mail that stated my order was paid.

The delivery of batch 3 of C1 was started on Nov 17th. I placed my order in the evening of 16th. As there was probably a lot of other orders on the line I felt good when they shipped my order at 19th. At 24th the package arrived my door.

Bitmain used UPS Saver delivery. This is the fastest method that UPS has but I wonder how they can promise 48 h delivery for orders. On my shipment it took up to 48 h for the package to get only from Koeln, Germany to Stockholm-Arlanda, Sweden. Even without the delay between Germany and Sweden it would have taken three days to ship.

The time from payment to package arriving was six days. If the package was delivered in 48 hours instead I would have mined 0.1 BTC more. That's about 3 % of total bitcoins these miners will ever produce. They should give coupons for compensation.

However, right now my miners are happily hashing at 1.01 TH each. I have to say that I still regard Bitmain as the best vendor there is.

Pretty much the best Mining Hardware maker out there, IMHO.

I've used there S1s and S3s and they've essentially been trouble-free, except for little things that were essentially my own fault.

Lately, I know they've undergone some changes, seemingly wanting to push the hosted mining, (and charging separate shipping for the S3s Undecided) but their stuff is still top notch.

I hope they continue to be an example of what a mining hardware vendor should be.

Do the things you know you must do first, then worry about the stuff you're not sure about.

well honestly there isnt much good options, I mean look at BFL and other mining companies out there.

Bitmain aka Antminer has been meeting peoples needs theres a link that shows all the ones out there that failed w. a cross comparison.

I`ll link it here if I find it again, but its nothing but good vibes no pre-order bs.
