 where does that come from ? is that for holders of PFC , or is it to do with PFC deposited on hashprofit site ??

I think that HP has sold a part of the 20% Premine 2,000,000 PFC! So the price goes down! But everyone can buy 11 khs = 1 for PFC! Then there was the DDoS attack and many users have idiotic comments for this! The site was unavailable for several minutes! This is the first time that they have no payout since September! This is my experience!
